1.products damaged in transportation
GRL will resend the shortage while customer
bear the freight charge.
(Pls do check whether the products damaged i
n transportation within one week
after you receive the goods.)

2.Components damage within the warranty p
eriod

Pls provide the photos or VCR to demonstrate
the problem, except the personal
factors,GRL will send the free components
to customer for replacement
and assume the freight charge.

3.Main parts quality issue within the warrant
y period,and the damage qty percent low than
5%

Pls provide the photos or VCR to demonstrate
the break,remove the personal factors,GRL
will send new products to customer within 7 w
orking days

4.Main parts quality issue within the
warranty period, and the damage qty percent
above than 5%

Please send back the problem products for
our testing, the freight cost is self
commitment.GRL will assume free of charge.

5.Major quality issue within the warranty period,GRL will dispatch professional technical team to do the local maintenance and detection reason.


The agreement is a part of contract,come into force as of the date of signing of the contract!
